These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the games and applications (each an "Application") developed and published by X TECH ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using an Application, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Our Applications

Our Applications are designed, built, and published entirely in-house by X TECH. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on an Application is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in our Applications remain the property of X TECH or its licensors.

Updates and Availability

We may update an Application from time to time to add features, improve performance, or fix issues. We do not guarantee that an Application will always be compatible with your device's operating system version, and continued use may require you to install updates. We may also discontinue an Application at any time, with or without notice.

In-App Purchases

Some Applications may offer optional in-app purchases. Any charges are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's own terms and payment policies. We are not responsible for issues arising from your device's payment method or App Store account.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any accounts used to access an Application. We recommend against jailbreaking or otherwise modifying your device's operating system, as this may expose you to security risks or cause an Application to malfunction.

Connectivity and Performance

Some features of our Applications require an active internet connection. We are not responsible for an Application's performance issues caused by a lack of connectivity, insufficient device storage, or other factors outside our control.

Third-Party Services

Our Applications may rely on third-party services (such as analytics or advertising providers), which are governed by their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, an Application.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of an Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
